Return Policy
We hope you will not find any reason to return your products, but if you do, we back all of our dvds with a 30-day money-back guarantee.
Call us if you’re unsatisfied for any reason - we’re here to help you reach your game improvement goals. A.J. is happy to answer any technical questions you may have about the material contained in his dvds.
Money-back guarantee starts at the date of purchase. Returns must be postmarked within the money-back guarantee period. You will receive a refund for product cost only. We do not refund shipping and handling charges.
Return Instructions
1. To request a Return Authorization Number email us at [email protected] or call us at 760-815-4253. You will then be given an RA# and an address where to ship your return.
2. We only accept returns via U.S. PRIORITY MAIL
3. We recommend you insure your package and retain your receipt for tracking purposes. AJ Golf is not responsible for lost packages.
4. We process all returns within 7 days of receipt of merchandise in our warehouse. Please allow 30 days for the refund to appear on your monthly credit card statement.
5. Late returns (returns postmarked outside the 30-day money-back guarantee period), returns without an RA#, returns sent COD, are not accepted.
Shipping Policy
You will be notified immediately via e-mail that your order has been received, and also by e-mail when your order ships, along with the tracking number for each package. Orders typically ship between one and three business days after the order is successfully received. All orders are shipped with delivery confirmation and tracking via USPS or FedEx. Priority shipments typically arrive one to three days after shipment, based on the destination's distance from Southern California.
